ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2012
The Annual General
Meeting of the G Scale Society will be held
in conjunction with the
25th Anniversary Show at
The Staffordshire
Showground, Weston Road, Stafford, ST18 0BD
On Sunday 22nd April
2012 at 2pm
Nominations for
Committee should be submitted in writing, signed by a Proposer and a
Seconder, to the Secretary no later than 42 clear days prior to the AGM,
i.e. Saturday 10th
March 2012
Similarly, any other
competent business to be raised must be set out clearly in a notice, signed
by at least two paid up members and setting out the nature of such business,
and received by the Secretary on or before Saturday 10th March 2012
